No real strategy here, just wanted to brag a little. Lol

1/2 NL live.

Hero: 5d5c in the BB
Two limps, I check to a flop.

Flop 5h 5s 9d

Checks around.

Turn 2s

Checks around again.

River Kd

Hero bets $10, both players fold.

Second time. 30 minutes later.

Hero in the BB with 6d 4h

Two limps, I check the option.

Flop 6s 6h Kd

I check, UTG bets $10, button calls, I call.

Turn 3s

I check, UTG fires $10 again, button fold, I call.

River 6c

I check, UTG bets $15, I raise to $30, she folds.

Luckily, High hand was running. I was beat on my 5's by KKKKJ, but won $200 for my 6's so I was able to make a little money on the monsters. Gave $20 to the UTG player for coming along to the river.

Don’t feel much like commenting on the hands, except I’d probably put more action in before the river in both, but why would you give anybody else free money like that? If you’re going to give it to somebody, show some love for the dealers.

Don't worry, I'm always generous with the dealers. Gave each dealer $5, and I tip every hand I win, as long as it's more than just a blind collection. As far as action, there just wasn't any to be had, I could tell on the 6's those bets were passive shots at a dry board. The 5's again had a complete lack of interest on the others faces, I was just checking hoping one of them would make two pair. To giving money to the other player, she was a very sweet, older lady who folded to any pressure, had been handing out candy to us all all night, and that hand was literally the only hand in 4 hours she had tried taking down with "aggression". Karma my man. If it had been a bullyish LAG, he would've gotten a random 3 bet from me with my free $200. Lol

Bet turn in 1st hand. You can consider raise turn small in 2nd hand

OK, but this is a strategy forum. We have a forum for posts like this. It is called Brags, Beats, and Variance, AKA BBV, and it is <----------- that way.
