1/2 home game

Hero ($275): early 30's white guy. Tight, but known to be bluffy post flop.

Villain (covers): MAWG, professor. Solid player, decent hand reader. He seems pretty straightforward, but we have little history though.

The game had been pretty aggressive earlier, but as the night wore on, more people limped trying to see flops and get unstuck. Almost everyone there was stuck to a degree, as a couple big stacks had cashed out.

5 players limped to Hero on the BTN with 109

Hero limped behind, SB completes, V checks in the BB.

Flop ($16) KJQ

BB chuckles a bit and leads for $3, 5 players call.
Hero raises to $25
SB folds, V calls, everyone else folds.

Turn ($81) 6
V checks, Hero bets $40, V c/r to $90

I think I'm behind a fair amount here, as there aren't a ton of lower flushes he can have for a check raise, but I call with the plan check behind if he checks river, and evaluate if he does anything else.

River ($261) 6

V thinks for less than 10 seconds and says, "You know what? I'm all in," without putting any chips in the pot.

Hero?

Pre is fine, flop is good (might go a little bigger), turn is OK but I think this is gii or fold, personally, as played river is a fold. You beat nothing now.

I'm jamming this turn 100%.yes. Sometime we walk into a bigger flush, but equally sometimes it's a smaller one, and there are alot more baby flushes out there with the kj hearts on the board.

River is a fold with the super strong live tell. Most people can't talk like this with a bluff.

I actually like how you played it aside from preflop. You can open here and play a good multiway hand in position.

Thanks for the input everyone.

I felt he was super value-heavy here and couldn't think of a value hand I beat. I folded and he showed me the Ah, but not his second card.
