BACKGROUND: 1/2 LOOSE game, plays like 2/5 NL
V1: Hates me more than anything because 5 minutes prior he pushed all in and once his opponent was about to fold I made a comment that they probably have the same hand. Lol ops so I know he's coming after me.

V2: Straight forward player who follows draws, has a stack of 1.5k

Hero: Has a stack of 300 and the other two villians have me covered.

PREFLOP:

4,4 in EP so I call 5 dollars preflop straddle. V2 in Cutoff calls, V1 Raises to 15.
-Call, call
-pot is now 50

FLOP: 9,10,4 rainbow

-I check (bc I know that V1 is going to take a stab at the pot with anything)
-V2 checks
-V1 Bets 60
-Call, Call
-pot is now 230

TURN: 2h

-I lead for 75 with about 150 behind
-Call
-Call
- pot is now 450ish

River: 7x

-I shove all in and V2 calls with a straight of J8, V1 folds
-pot is now 750

Should I have check/folded or check/called this river?
Should I have shoved on the turn?
Should I have lead out on the flop?

I was focused on V1 and I didn't even think about V2 because I was hoping to just get value from V1

and use the suggested format. Your posts are lacking important information to offer useful opinions.

Obviously don't comment on hands while they're in play. Not surprised he's gumpy with you.

pre is fine.

Flop, if you're confident V1 will lead out, checking is fine. I'm fine with the smooth to see whether V2 will come along.

Turn: There is 230 in the pot and you have 150 behind. Try not to let your obvious excitement and joy show as you move all your chips to the middle. Betting 75 is bad, since anyone calling that will call 150 and you provide any draws that might be out there slightly better odds to draw out (since you can't fold your last 75 unless they actually show you a hand that beats you before you act).

See your other post for other suggestions to get more useful feedback.

Pre was fine.

OTF... don't mind the check - but I'd be aiming at a c/r sometimes... 9/T will create a bunch of straight draws.

OTT... perfect brick. You have about 220 and the pot is 230. Just shove here (I was thinking that before I read the result of the hand). Yes, you may lose some TP or even an OP - but you'll get calls from 2p. And you'll knock all draws out.

Oops, misread OP as 150 total behind, not 225. As jake says, still a shove.

Preflop is fine.

OTF I don't mind the check/call with such a dry board, but once the second V flats the first V's bet, then I would prob go for the check/raise. It's just never a good idea to "trap" multi-way unless we have something close to the stone cold nuts.

OTT I'm probably checking again since we opted to play this way on the flop and 100% doing so to C/R all-in. If we're betting, we have to bet way bigger. We bet 75 into 230. That gives your V better than 4:1... they have odds to call with all sorts of garbage.

As played though, given the description of the game, I doubt we get this V to fold an OESD on the flop but I could be wrong.

I empathize with V1. You were very much out of line...
