Flop top trips - facing unexpected river shove

Prehand Descriptions
Villain 1: LP OMCish, limp-calls fairly often.
Villain 2: Young, seems TAGish. Rarely enters pots without a raise, seems at least somewhat positionally aware. Has been called in small pots bluffing on river a couple times after draws brick. Otherwise has had the goods in larger pots.
Hero: TAGish, almost always enters pot with a raise, especially in position. Have been going after limpers when in position quite often. Have only shown down winners at this point.

Am new to casino so players and I lack any previous history.

$1/2 NL (9 handed)
UTG ($200)
EP V1 ($120)
MP ($200)
MP+1 ($200)
MP+2 Hero ($260)
CO ($200)
Button V2 ($165)
SB ($200)
BB ($200)

Hero is dealt AQ

1 fold, V1 limps, 2 folds, Hero raises to $11, CO folds, V2 calls, SB folds, BB folds, V1 calls

Flop ($36) 4,Q,Q
V1 checks, Hero bets $21 fairly quickly, V2 calls quickly, V1 folds

Turn ($78) 7

Hero pauses c 8 seconds checks, V2 pauses for a few seconds and checks

River ($78): 10

Hero bets $52, V2 thinks for about 30 seconds playing with chips and shoves to $133.

Bet here thinking I could get value from PPs and could fold to a shove (granted, did not think shove was likely). The surprise gave me a bit of trouble analyzing the hand. My thinking was that people don't tend to check turned flushes in position, and I have the A which makes flushes less likely. However, at this stake I've noticed virtually no one shoves large on river bluffs, especially when someone shows initiative. However, this guy had been bluffing a bit small earlier, which is more bluffs than most people seem to run at these stakes/at this casino. Kept going back in forth in my head as to what to to do, what makes most sense, etc. Nothing felt obviously right at the time.

Probably a theoretical call but I fold here because river raises are so nutted. When any flush and any boat beats us we only have a bluff catcher.

What a spot. Against a OMC I auto fold. Against a LAG I call. All player dependent. If against an unknown i mentally flip.

How are we folding here getting 3-1? We don’t have to catch him that often.

I fold this one.

We can't even beat a flush... You said V was caught bluffing on river a couple times, but did he risk his whole stack? Probably not.
Also, no draws missed, so we can eliminate "bluffing missed draws" from his range.

Looks to me like QT or TT more than anything.

The pots where villain was caught bluffing on river were quite small, with him bluffing something like 7 big blinds. Thanks to everyone for feedback.
