Even if V flips over AT we're almost getting the odds (35% to win). If I range V on AT, T9 and KQ (assume KK and QQ get 3-bet pre) were 45%.
Usually I'd ask what you know about V but I probably call this even against an 80 yo unknown.

Even then you know if there old, young, male, female, race etc. I'd feel much better snapping off a 25 yo Asian kid as opposed to a little old lady. That said here I'd call anyone so doesn't much matter.
