Setting the scene... donkey sits down to my right... puts 3 greens on the felt, asks for change ASAP and puts exactly $60 on the table (min). Doesn't look at his hand, pushes it all in the middle.

That was half an hour ago, he's rebought a couple times, so keep the table dynamic in mind.

We're starting this hand at 300, staring at TJcc in the hijack.

Villain above makes it 20 to go (140 back), we flat, cutoff (80 back) and button (350 back) both flat, 4 to the flop.

Pot is 90. Flop is 9d8d4h. Villain shoves for 120.

There's 2 to act behind us, what do we do?

We have 8 outs twice, 2 might be dirty.

Call it 7 outs twice.

28%.

We are not getting direct odds of 4:1 if everyone calls.

So we are hoping for action when the board reads T984 or 9874.

And we really don't want a Td or 6d.

Surely we can do better in future spots than this marginal spot.

All-in. Our overs could be good, too. It's hard for us to be up against a range where we're not getting equity to call. It's good if we fold out draws/pairs from BU that steal some of our equity.

I'd fold pre due to the size of the open and the stack sizes involved. Just play strong hands when a short-ish stack opens for 10x and there are several players behind, even though the opener is a donkey.

Fold and wait for a better spot, either to isolate with a stronger hand or against fewer players

Fold or 3! pre. V isn't anywhere deep enough to just call a 10x preflop raise (8-1 IO) with CO and BTN yet to act.

AP, fold.

Yes, this is a pretty easy fold. Looks pretty, but it's not.
