1/2. Hero ($450ish): MAWG playing TAG. Mostly nitty/ABC in early position and opening it up and taking down pots in late position.

V1: Early 60's black man moved from a broken table. I think he has about $400 (has two towers instead of stacks of 100). No reads.

V2: Wierd Asian guy ($150). Plays kind of weird aggro pre opening wide but shallow. Plays very standard post-flop.

To the hand:

2-3 limps including V1 from LP. V2 makes it $10 on the button (his normal bet is $7, so I put him on a higher range than usual). Hero has TT in the BB and flats. V1 flats. To me, TT is tough to play OOP and if I 3-bet and get callers, it's a seriously bloated pot and I'm set-mining at that point. I flat to set-mine and see the flop and play poker in a smaller pot.

Flop ($33ish): QT3 rainbow. I don't want this to check through and I don't want to take it down here, so I bet 1/2 pot $15. V1 raises to $45, V2 folds.

Given no reads, I use the typical 1/2 player and range him on 33,KJ,QT,A-K/Q. QQ is possible, but even a typical nitty 1/2 player raises this pre so I discount it completely and am prepared to be coolered.

How much should I re-raise or just flat?

I think I flat to keep him in. Probably lead turn.

Preflop is a 3 bet.

This is a board that people tend to cbet a lot, so I prefer checking over leading out. As played I'd probably just get it in. It's highly unlikely villain folds when he has about a pot size bet left.

V1 has ~$400.

(I would have 3bet pre, too.)

Got him confused with villain 2.

I'd probably still 3 bet, but not all in obviously. I really want to get money in the pot and I doubt most 60 year old men are raise/folding in this spot.

Flat. Very little in the way of scare cards, no reason to chase him away

Turn($123) eff stack $350
Bet $75 (jam if raised)

River ($280) eff stack $275
Jam

If I donk here, I'm going to donk larger ($20+).
Pot geometry and all that.

If we half pot the whole way through with donks we get:
$30 + $15 + $15 = $60
$60 + $30 + $30 = $120
$120 + $60 + $60 = $240.

If we 2/3 the pot:
$30 + $20 + $20 = $70
$70 + $46 + $46 = $162
$162 + $108 + $108 = $378

We put in half of this, so our profit goes up by ($138 / 2) = $69 more.

We can even do 2/3, 2/3, 1/4 which results in a far smaller bet OTR to guarentee getting paid ($40 into $160) and we still make the same overall profit without ever going over $40 and keeping out bets small realtive to the size of the pot.

Also, when we get 3x raised over $20 donk and we call, pot ott now has $150 with $230 behind to get in. This is an easy $75 ott into $230 and $155 into $380. Much easier bets to stomach than the $240+ that we have to cram in with our current hand plan.

Our sizing can vary, but our flop bet is very important to setting up the pot for our ability to get stacks in when we want to. If the pot is too small on the flop we simply can't get stacks in without overbetting 1 or more streets.

If we don't donk, and we go for a ck/raise we should think about the same things.
Pot size = important to keep track of / plan ahead for.
