Playing 2/5 at Foxwoods, villain just sat down a little bit ago so really no reads at all on him
Villain $750
Hero $1850
Few limpers, V in mid position raises to $30, I'm on the button with with QcJc I call
folds around, limpers fold
Flop is 3c6c9c (bingo)
V bets out $60 (pot now about $140), at this point I'm figuring he's got a big pocket pair, I raise it to $125, he thinks for a bit re-checks his cards and calls
At this point I figure its AA/KK with one being the club
Turn is Kd (pot is $330)
He checks, I bet out $175, Villain thinks for about 20 seconds and jams all in for effectively $600ish more
Like to hear thoughts on the line I took with the check raise on the flop?
I"m guessing most people think this is a pretty easy call ?

So it is 595 for you to call to win 1100 with the 3rd nuts?
Never folding, but your c/r is WAY to small, pop that sh*t up.

Turn check/raise is puke inducing, but without a better read on villain I don't see how you can get away from the 3rd nuts here. Villain could easily have AcKx and figure he is ahead or has outs, or a set trying to get you off a club draw. Many villains could have smaller flushes here, and bad ones might even turn up with worse.

Call!!! I don't like not 3 betting pre, you are deep to just flat 30

V could have flopped smaller flush or have KcKx, AcKx, or AcAx so I'm not folding. If he flopped the nuts chalk it up to a cooler.

Flop raise is horrendous. Just take one off in position, or raise big if you think he has an overpair that isn't folding. He's likely to blow the pot up OTT with a hand that has either zero equity or ~18%.
As played, never folding. There's like 3 combos of hands that V can reasonably show up with here that you're behind. And most players aren't potting with those hands on the flop.

Your sizing is too small on flop and a little small on turn, but otherwise looks fine.
Call river.

Raise to 165 flop or just flat.
Call turn with stack sizes. As mentioned above, only a few combos you're behind and cannot see you folding.

thanks for the input, I"m pretty new so I"m working on bet sizing, wasn't sure if the flop raise was the best line to take
if anyone cares, I thought for a bit and realized theres no way I can fold and called, he flipped over KK with the K of clubs, told me he put me on a small flush and was trying to push me off it
River put a 4th club on board and he took the $1500+ pot, oh well can't be results oriented
