I'm not sure where to post this. If you could move it to an appropriate place that would be appreciated.

Is a $3k (10 buyins) downswing within the realms of standard or normal at live 2/4NL or am I a bad losing player. Or both?

although it is in the upper end of a "normal" downswing, it is well within the possibilities of expected variance.

There is no way to tell if it is due to playing bad without seeing a bunch of hands.

Do you tilt ...
Coolers or too wide a range of holdings for you ...
Same opponnets ...
Did you recently step up to 2/4 ...
Tight ... loose ... positions played from ...

Big Key Factor ... evealuate how you played the hands, not the results. GL
