I don’t know. He has a lot of seta, he has QT even 99 in his range. I think he has a nut advantage and CR only gets called by better.

Clear raise. He used small siziing on Turn and River. And he wont be turning hands into a bluff after our raise. So raise to $100-120 and fold to reraise.

His sizing on turn does not look like made hand. I would actually be bluffing the river a ton here. Both with leads and c/r. Mostly expect folds.

If we had played this better, so would we.

Against a field bettor, I would have checkraised the flop and led the turn. As played on flop and turn I would have led out on the river.

Having taken a completely passive line, we may as well just call; we don't win any more from bluffs, and what value hands are going to call that we beat?

Not a fan of check raising this flop OOP. Bloating pot and being OOP for 2 whole streets isn't very appealing. Increasing our chances of making a mistake.

I likely have zero raising range on this flop. Leading turn and/or river should be considered.

villians line is kind of weird. if he had something really good, why not bet more and try to get called by trip jacks? i think making it like 95 here makes some sense.

Fold pre. I don't think it's close either.

OK, we have no reads, but what do our eyes tell us? Age, appearance etc is a read.

It's a weird situation because we should be good here almost always but not much worse calls us if we raise and if we get shoved on we are probably never good. Raising to like ~$100 as said above makes sense but it's a disgusting spot if we get shoved on.

just call
having river donks is nice and gives your oe/clubs a much better option than x/r

For those advocating fold pre, isn't it too nitty? We are closing the action and getting 1 to 3 for a call. I understand that we are oop and our hands have RIo, but I think if we play decent post flop this is not a bad call. What are you calling with pre? A squeeze play could be an option too, but not a big fan without info on the Villains. Postflop I like to c/c flop and turn and donk bet/fold river for 1/2 psb. Never ever check raising flop against field bettor with top pair here, I prefer a more polarized range of 2paar+ and some gut shot for it.

No, easy fold pre for 4bb. I call pocket pairs/sooted broadways that I'm not raising, probably call AQ, AK is a raise, fold everything else. KJo is a dogshit hand OOP.
