Do we call, raise, or fold on the turn? Do we call, raise, or fold on the turn?

Hey guys, got myself into a pretty tough spot by playing passively in the following hand, but I'm not sure where I should have been more aggressive tbh.

$1/2 with a $5 live straddle

Important stacks (full ring game though):

SB: V2 $700
BB: Hero Covers
UTG Straddle: $90
UTG+1: V1 $81
MP1: $120

V1 (UTG+1) is a 30-some black guy who is one of the spots at the table. VPIP>75% limping almost everything, just looking for a spot to get it in and go home broke. He'll limp call almost his entire open limp range and is overall very loose, passive, stuck, and bad. He has $81.

V2 (SB) Tight passive 30-some black guy who hasn't played many hands, and we don't have a great read on him since we just sat down. We can label him as somewhat tight but I don't have much of a read on his aggression tendencies. Currently playing $700

We cover table

Otth: UTG straddle to $5. V1 limps, two players in MP limp, and out of the SB V2 makes it $30.

In the BB we have TT. Our options are to 3!, call, or fold.

All 3 options are viable. I think his range of making it $30 in the SB is something like ATs+, AJo+, 99+. Calling can be tricky because of shorter stacks behind us, that if they shove reopen the action, allowing the SB to blow us off the hand. I don't particularly love 3-betting tens here when we're so deep because getting 4! sucks and I have to throw my hand away, and it's also tricky to play. I think there's a lot of merit to folding here but I'm not sure if I'm good enough to do that yet lol. We elect to call, and fortunately nobody raises behind us.

After we cold call the $30 in the BB, the straddle tanks and folds, and V1 calls and so does a MP player. 4 ways to the flop

Flop: $123 A78
V2 checks When V2 checks, I think his range is dominated by JJ-KK, and he doesn't want to bet the A high bard into 3 people in an extremely bloated pot. He could have Ax though and be playing pot control, and could also have AA
Hero checks
V1 checks
MP checks

Turn disaster... $123 6
V2 checks again
Hero checks (Thoughts?)
V1 shoves for $51.
MP folds
V2 calls $51
Hero...
With two flush draws out there, we have 2 clean outs to a straight. (I don't remember the suits of my tens).

I was contemplating all three options here. If I raise to $215, V2 maybe folds his JJ-KK, but I only profit here if I also beat V2's hand.
I can fold here.
Calling also seems weird. I don't expect V2 to make a bet on the river as a bluff very often, and I'm getting great pot odds but it's still kinda tricky.

I played this hand too passively.. Do you call, raise, or fold this turn though?

Pre: call. Never 3bet TT v a TAP. Call since you're deep (never fold with these stacks) and try hit a set to stack him.

Flop: standard. V2 is never pot controlling AK here.

Turn: I would consider leading out since V2 is TAP. He'll be hard pressed to over call your bet and V1's shove with KK-JJ. I seriously discount AA after he checks turn again when a second FD appears.

As played you can consider raising hoping to fold out V2 and get HU with V1 with what could be the best hand. I think I prefer that to calling because I think we have the second best hand in a 3-way pot.

My main reason against bluff-raising V2 here on the turn, is even if he folds a better hand than TT (not a guarantee obviously) my hand still might not be good against V1, (but likely is..) Short-stack all-ins always make for weird hands imo.

If you call here, what's your river plan here? Are you bluffing spades, clubs? value betting a straight if it's a club or spade? (or set for that matter?) Can we call any river from V2? I feel like calling the turn here to realize our equity in this pot is pretty bad, given river is likely to go check check and we're going to showdown the loser a LOT?

I think you played the hand well. I would also call preflop. You called to bink a T and you missed. You're in c/f mode with an A on the board against three players. Six non-clean outs on the turn is not good enough to call $51 in a $220 pot.
