Circa 2004 the games were a lot softer, no?
30 Hands an hour opposed to 500+ is a glaring difference as well, isn't it?
Do u think u'd have any trouble playing 16+ tables 25+ hours a week and earning most of ur money in 'Rakeback?' Could u grind out six figures playing 5/10+ (with less tables?)
BTW: I always enjoy ur posts, loved ur well and probably owe u some money for the 'tips' I've picked up off of u? If I get out to LA I'll definitely pay the $500 for 4 hours just to 'shoot the proverbial shyt with u.'
Embarrassed to say I'm a 30+ year old 'Fan Boy.' lol
in 2004 the online games were beyond soft. no one was saying, "hey these online guys are good"
i would never play 16 tables or 10 or 6...4 is the max for me. after that it becomes a job i dont want and wouldnt apply for. if that means i cant make a living playing nlh online so be it. i have no affinity for or attachment to to the game. poker is a vehicle to trick people into betting on losers. sometimes this vehicle even has seven cards or 5 with 3 draws, its all the same to me.
theres nothing wrong w/ respecting a professional in a game you want to learn. ive bought plenty of dinners for driving range pros to pick their brain.
