Diferent cash game in my city

Hi everyone, in my city the only avaibable cash games is kinda weird:
No blinds, just the button puts the minimium ($1), next to him allways act first and button is last. A lot of limps/call raises and rare 3 bet. What's the best strategy for these games?

So there is just one blind, and the button pays it. Not that weird. I've seen similar structures in California card rooms. What is the minimum bring in? Also $1? What are the buy-in ranges/normal stack sizes?
Generally, this won't play much differently than standard games of the same size, though EP becomes even worse to play from.
