Most of us wouldn't but maybe we should be?
What other hands would you play this way?

Why is it so important to you to have your opinion about the villain's play validated? It's not him making bad decisions that should concern you.

I think OP can have A3s and also AQ that could take this line. I know some of you may say fold A3s on flop and raise AQ on flop, which is reasonable. I don't think it is mandatory though. If those are OP's value hands he could theoretically have a small number of bluffs that play this way. The bluffing hands aren't terribly important, but they generally would want to be at a low frequency.

After seeing what our opponent called with we probably will want to be more on the value side in the future in spots where you can't represent much.

Some rare opponents can be completely opposite and hero fold when you are repping so little. Think about that one guy that overbet 4 of a kind and folded to an all-in in that one tourney.

Personally, I'd probably want to simplify my game in this spot and primarily etiher check/call or check/fold with my hands. It isn't a sin to get creative though from time to time, just so long as you know how narrow you are representing and how your opponent will react.

Perhaps check/fold > check/shove > check/call is best versus most people.

^^^For AQ to not 3bet pre or raise flop and then decide to x/raise turn would be a super thin and bizarre line.

There are now 2 combos of A3s and as you mentioned, probably should fold flop. I guess if we had Ad3d, calling with the backdoor diamond draw would be justifiable.

So if we want to bluff, it needs to be super, super low frequency. Like if we take this line and bluff with so much as 1 combo 100% of the time, we're probably overbluffing.

I mean V's call is atrocious for sure but I don't like the way you played the hand either. I mean if the table is good enough where this guy is gonna call a check shove overbet on the turn with Ace High, then just wait for a value hand and do the same.

How long had you been at this table? Given what V did call with, what about his play made you think he was tight enough to fold all his value range there?
