Did I Angle this guy? Did I Angle this guy?

1/2 live at turning stone casino. Villain is a pretty normal bad fish, calls too wide, very predictable, ext. I'm young 18 year old so i think people natural put me on bluffs even though i really run any big bluffs.
Basically the situation is that we got to the river where a 4th heart hit the board and i hold the A of hearts. I'm IP and villain bets into me on river. I think for 30 ish seconds and shove for about pot. villain goes into the the tank and at this point I'm putting him on some medium to high heart. T-K with the J being on board. After close to a minute villain says he thinks he wants to fold, i know this is not binding but to appear weak i tell the dealer, so that the whole table can hear, "he said fold his hand is dead." villain asked what and i repeated that since he said fold his hand in dead. The dealer said this is not the case, as i knew he would, and after about 10 more seconds villain calls with the Ten of hearts.

I feel i may of pushed the limits of acceptable table talk here. I know plays can say whatever they want to appear weak but i feel faking ignorance to the rules may be going to far.

so did i angle or was this just good table talk?

This forum is for strategy discussion. For etiquette and rules, please post in Live Casino Poker.

In my opinion, saying "did he say fold?" in a hopeful way would be OK, but "trying" to get the hand declared dead is going too far. That said, the dealers and floor people in LCP are better ones to ask.
