Deep, vs drunk hot shot Villian (I think), with overpair; GII?

1/2$, 300 max, full ring
Hero: 900$, white, mid 20s, was on fire the first 2 hours of the game. first hand I open, flop set on A high board, bet three streets and get paid by whale (dude lost 2500$ at 1/2 in 6 hours like its no big deal). Turned A flush and got paid, flopped a few big hands and fast played the majority of them. I prolly just look like im on a heater, which I was. But I also won a few big pots calling with middle pair and A-high against lines that didn't make sense. IDK if V saw this because he is busy talking to the table the majority of the time because he knows everyone at this back room game.

V: 600$, white, 23yo, male, loves to talk strat at the table and tell everyone his optimal line. Told the whole table how he moved to Vegas when he turned 21 for 2 months to grind, yada yada yada. He limps too much, about 50% of the time, even when he has a good 200+BB stack. He prolly beats the game, but I dont think he beats it for as much as hero. He just has to be soo flasshhhyyy, I feel, like he wants everyone to know how good he is. He is a nice dude and talkative, but limps way too much.

History: the second or third 'big' hand of the night i scooped was against V. Hero opens with AJ to 13 I think in MP, gets called by V in LP, button maybe (i forget...long session). I think a blind calls. Flop is KQxX. Blind checks, hero leads 25, V calls, blind folds. Turn is KQxX8. Hero bets 55, V calls. River is KQxX8Qx. V has about 100 behind. I think he is more likely to bluff shove rather than call a bet, so I check, he shoves after about 10 seconds, and I snap...he says "Youre prolly good" and turns over K10o.

V leaves the game, goes out to party, and comes back later around 2am. The guy who runs the game says V is coming back and he is drunk! I was on opposite ends of the table so IDK if he was super drunk or what, based on his breathe. He was still a bit loud and talkative, so I believe he has had a few.

The hand: Straddles, V limps in EP, LP limps and another LP limps, Hero makes it 25$ in SB with QQx. All call. I made it 25 because I dont think anyone has ever made it 30$ at ANY point in a straddle. 15 was getting called a lot, so I wanted to go alil bigger so I would get 1, maybe 2 callers....didnt work.

The FLop: J6x6x (125$)
Hero leads 80$. This screams overpair no? But I feel we still HAVE to bet. V calls and heads up.
The Turn: J6x6x4 (285$)
Hero tanks alil. I dont think I will get called by worse so I check. There arent really any floats that he could have that like this turn besides like 78, 44...waht else? Plus, if I bet, what is my sizing WRT stack sizes?
V bets 50$...WTF!
Results to come....

Bomb the turn. He doesn't have AA/KK or a 6. You lose to exactly one hand (JJ). Shovel the money in.

Based on his line with the KT I would say that he will at least call with decent jacks OTT, so you should bet. If you easily bet 150 you can put him all in on the river, which I think is OK value (though he certainly has sixes in his range if he limps 50%, unless he is limp-folding a TON.)

Seems like a good spot to get 250 bbs with an overpair...

I would bet 200 ott. V doesn't seem like the player who folds a J here.

Stacks?

I am assuming villain bought in for 300max.

If so A6 of hearts is in his range. Betting 50 on turn leaves 150 otr into an almost 400 pot which you have to call.

Being oop raising to 30 isn't bad here. Even raising to 40 would be fine. I think opening to 25 is fine from lp with that many limpers but being oop I think we need to raise to more.

If we check turn are we calling off stacks? If so we let him take initiative. We let him dictate if he's checking back Jx on river and shipping 6x. If we ship the 200 into 285 he can hero call all draws and Jx and we profit from that. We need to decide before our turn action if we are giving up the hand or not.

As played I agree with shoving. We can't let another J or heart hit the river and freeze us and we're too far ahead of most of his range.

Could c/c flop if the players in LP are bluffy and might take a stab with air but betting is standard.

I would bet smaller on the flop because a big bet size like this does scream overpair and a lot of players would fold a weak Jx here. Like $65 or so.

Since V likes to turn hands into bluffs I would give him the chance to and bet small on the turn to induce. Around $70 or $75 should give him enough rope to spazz. As played I think he has 6x close to never with this sizing since he would be trying to size the bets to get stacks in so I like a check/raise to try to level him into hero calling down with Jx.

Villain calls flop bet with two players to act behind and they are all on limp/call ranges. I lean heavy toward protecting my stack in spots like this.

Turn bet is a mind screw. Who would ever fold here for only $50?

Bet smaller on the flop. $60 or so. Drawless board, pot getting bloated already...no need to bet bigger.

I'd bet $150 or so on the turn AP.

As played, call, and c/c river, I guess. Fold is ridiculous against this guy. C/r probably folds out anything we beat.

I would hate to say call and evaluate river; but yeah, probably call and evaluate river. If he's drunk than I can definitely see him playing a jack that way, on a board this dry though I would think that he has one or the other, I guess give him a float every once in a while. Stack sizes would help, for $200-$300 effective at start of hand I guess I don't mind c/r all-in on turn.

I think he is trying to get to the river cheaply with a blocking bet. This is usually super weak (unless he has quads). I would assume a flush draw or a decent jack (aj or kj).

If we check it's to check/fold to any bet over $100 as he shouldn't be value betting worse. I like betting small to induce or get value from Jx based off my read of his bet size on the turn and his tendency to turn the weaker part of his range into bluffs. $80 and call a shove.

He shouldn't be shoving KT in the first hand either. Definitely should know he's not "prolly" beat either when called.

I actually like a turn check, because drunk V easily could have just a J and think it's good here, raise to 160 ott. AP on river, I bet about 230 and expect to get called by a J honestly lol. He's probably flatting you pre with a wide range due to the fact hes drunk, KJ,AJ,QJ,JT even.. JJ/66 is obviously a possibility. If he has KK/AA then...okay.
