Decision with the nut flush on the river Decision with the nut flush on the river

Playing at a 2/5 live cash game. 4 regs at the table and the rest are typical weak recreational players. I am sitting on a 1800€ stack (360bb) and have been playing quite laggy since the beginning of the session. The villain is in maniac mode for the past hour raising from any position (especially utg for some weird reason). He is a reg with an ok understanding of the game and as he claims a +ev player at these stakes.

In this hand villain starts with a 1100€ stack and raises utg once more to 25. HJ calls, btn calls and i call from SB with Ah10d.

Flop comes Kh, 10h, 7h

I check and Villain bets 80
HJ folds and btn folds and i call the 80 from the SB

River is the 6h. I check and villain bets 170.

I call and the river is the 3c. At this point the villain aftee thinking fir a few seconds fires 250 into a pot of 500 leaving about 600 behind.

What seems to be the best option for me?

Any thoughts???

Don't know why there is a ? for what to do on river. Shove, he prob isn't calling no matter how much u raise though.
