I was playing in my local 1/3 game at my casino and a weird hand came up. I was on the button and there are 3 limpets infront. I raise to 17 with Q6hh. I get called by the snap bold only. The flop comes Qc6s3hwith one heart. Small blind checks and I bet 21. Small blind calls. Turn is the Qs. Small blind checks. I announce I want to be 35 out loud. Before I can't count the chips the small blind says all in and slides his chips over the line. At this point I'm counting out my bet of 35. Once I get the chips counted out I out them in and at no point say call. One I put my original bet of 35 over the betting line the dealer says call and runs the river. I tell him I never said call and was just putting my original bet into the pot and nothig more. Serval players at the table had my back and so did the guy who went all in. I gave him my 35 I bet and said fold and he won the main pot because he exposed his hand at the river and I was beat. I am wondering if I was in the wrong at any point on this hand and what do you guys think a floor man would have ruled here? I feel the dealer wasn't paying attention and thought I was calling when I put my original turn bet into the pot after the small blind check raised all in so fast.

No, you aren't wrong here in any way. The way the hand turned out is what you wanted right? You weren't forced to call the all-in, and you got to see his hand for free after a river played out. Dealer just got ahead of himself is all and I'm sure with the entire table backing you the floor wouldn't rule to outta line.
