1-2 NLHE,9-handed

Hero (300): 20 something white guy, seen as "tight" according to V1. Haven't had much action yet.

V1(225): Middle-aged black man. Wearing golfing attire, flashy jewelry, loud talked, star of the table. Playing ~90% of hands, raising probably 50% pre flop, calls himself a gambler, takes pride in loosening table up. Has show quite a few bluffs, has won showdowns with anything form marginal hands to the nuts. Table has been quite loose because of him.

V2(100): old white guy, pretty typical tight passive reg. Nice guy, knows more than the average reg, but not a winning player.

OTTH: UTG straddles $5, V2 raises pre to $17 UTG+1, V1 calls in the CO, Hero 3!s to $65 with AKss on button. Blinds fold, V1 and V2 call, both after some deliberation.

Flop(202): 10c. 8h. 7c
Checks around.

Turn(202): 10d.
Both again check to Hero, who bets $80 on button. V2 folds, V1 shoves all-in for $80 more.

Hero?

Thoughts on all streets appreciated, thanks

Why did we bet the turn?

AP, it's silly but you need like 4.5:1 to call (less than 20% equity). I think we have that, as he almost never has a monster here. I think we see enough airball or still naked FD hands (since our line looked FOS) that we can call this.

I think preflop 3 bet was likely a mistake against a passive old mans open. Agree with stabbing turn if you think they have air. You should have already known what to do if someone raised though. That shows lack of planning which is a long term bigger problem than this spot.

Given stack sizes yoor should probably just jam on the flop. $160 into $200 with overs and plenty of fold equity is fine. If you want to play safer, checking it down is fine too but don't alter your course of action on this turn if that's what you decide on the flop.

If you do want to bet the turn, all in is better than 80 since now we're wondering if we can fold our last 80 or not. I doubt V1 ever has worse than one pair without an ace or a king, which gives hero 6 outs. That's not the correct price to call, so theoretically this is a fold but I think thor critical decision points in the hand were preflop and flop. as played I'm checking back this turn. stabbing doesn't accomplish much on this turn given stack sizes. Did you expect V1 to fold any pair here to this line?

Raise is fine.. flop check is right, turn bet is super dangerous and shouldn't be expected to take it down very often

If we do bet it we can consider small sizing on this type of texture.. $30 or so can accomplish a lot, and if called give us an optional bullet for the river

Raise pre just way too often squeezes out the fish and gii as a dog against the tight passive. Not good.

AP I guess call, but this whole line is messed up.
