A couple of preflop decisions

In both hands, I am UTG+1 ($1000). Game is 2/5, nine handed. UTG ($7000) is very loose (calls 3-bets with 74o, Q2s etc, also 3-bets with the same range) and peels flops light. MP ($3000) is also very loose; 3-bet my UTG raise and then called my 4-bet with T7cc. Triple barrels KK on an Axxhh board putting opponent on a draw in a HU 3bet pot. BTN ($10000) plays straightforward.
Hand 1:
UTG limps, I raise pocket nines to $25, MP raises to $125, BTN calls, UTG calls, I...?
Hand 2:
UTG raises to $25, I call with 68hh, MP raises to $125, UTG calls, I...?

Hand 1: fold (could shove?? Since you are uncapped) but lean towards a fold. If deeper you can set mine
Hand 2: fold
Side note: where the hell do you play to get a 2/5 game with players having 7k and 10k stacks?????

1. Prefer a call. Do not fold. You might have a value shove with 1k back as well, probably close.
2. Fold (more importantly fold the first time, unless you plan on lol back raise shoving which you don't) - You'll always get squeezed out pre or on like 90% of flops.
