Correct decision on the flop? Correct decision on the flop?

I was playing on a table in a £0.5 / 1 cash game I was stacked around £115 bb and this hand came up. It was a fairly LAG/ maniac table.

ten players 5 limpers I raise to 6 with AQ then I get 5 callers and the flop comes 4 5 6. I check a couple more checks then it a player bets 18 one player calls then I think for a few seconds and move all in for my remaining £109 one player folds another player calls then a fold and someone tanking for a bit saying he's got outs and he calls.

So the pot is around £350 I show my AQ nut flush draw, the next player turns other 87 a flopped straight a monster hand and the final player shows 67 top pair and a straight draw. I was surprising no one had a set.

turn - 4

river - 8

I miss my draw which has like 27% equity and when the players are all in I have around 3.3 to 1 anyway around 29%.

Any ideas on how I could of played this hand different?

personally i would iso raise higher mb to 9-12 depending on your positoin preflop if the game is as lose and manic as you say. id also probs call the flop is i dont think you have much fold equity if the game is lose, also would help bring along people on lower flush draw building the pot if you hit a heart. hope my opinion helps.

You could have raised even more preflop with 5 limpers in front. I am usually going 9 or 10x or even 11/12x in similar kind of spots. AQ suited is a strong hand, but plays better against 1 or 2 opponents, than very multiway like 5 players. Especially when you described the table as loosy-goosy and manic, i would just juice this pot up pre to thin the field a little bit and to build a nice pot preflop to set up better SPR on the flop.

The flop play i think is perfectly fine when you flop the nutflushdraw and 2 overs to the board (would have been even better with 2-3 opponents rather than 5). The fact that you ran into flopped nutz wich also hold 2 of your heart outs its just variance and unlucky.

Regarding fold equity. You always have _some_ FE, but its kind of a hard task to figure out exactly how much. I would much rather realize that FE by shoving the flop and if you getting called you always have decent amount of outs with the nutflushdraw.

I think you should check call flop, and check fold any non heart turn. you're not getting any better hands to fold
