Both players new to table so no real reads on either.
Limp pot to Button.
Button Raise to $12. SB Calls. Hero looks down at AcAs.Makes it $25. Cpl limpers fold.Button and SB Call.

SB Checks,H bets $60,button folds,Sb Calls.

Turn 6h
SB Checks,H All in ,SB Calls for $115. H Shows AA,SB says you're good.
River 10h
V Turns over 107 off for full house

Hero now on full monkey tilt,reloads

Hand 2
H:SS $170(didn't feel like going to ATM)
V:Over $400 on button

Limp pot to V on button. Raises to $10. Hero sees monster 3d7d and snap calls on total rage tilt. HJ and C/O call

Checked around to villain who bets $15,Hero snap calls w/gutter ball.Rest folds.

Turn 2d
Villain bets $40. H snap calls now w/open ended draw and tilting even more while foaming at the mouth knowing V has top pair and will pay off if i hit my 8outer

River 3h
V Checks. H knows his pair of 3's is no good and is tilting even more.
What does H do here?

V who called w 115 with TPNK on the last hand is never folding a queen to 115 more.

I'm afraid you have to check back cash out go home and lick your wounds.

at the beginning of hand 2, Hero dries his eyes, stops acting like a baby and folds his suited triple gapper from the small blind because he realises that he ****ed up hand 1 completely and then commits to spend some time learning about 3 bet sizing before he does anything else

If you can't control you tilt you should leave it just costs you more money, .hand 2 they know your on tilt so V is never folding to you

Mental game is as important as strategy is. If a single two outer sets you off that badly you'll never survive in poker. You should work on that above all else.

What DK said above. Uncontrolled tilt has gotten the best of countless talented pokerplayers, and that issue need to be fixed. Its pointless to practise running if you cant walk.
