1/2

Fairly new to table. No history with villain.

Villian is a MAWW playing the majority of her hands pre. If quite multiway calling raises for up to $12 or $15. Only hand I saw her showdown she limped 77 in EP, $15 raise, 4way. flop k63 rainbow, she c/c 1/2 pot bet from pfr, hand gets checked down to showdown. She definitely is not afraid to push chips out there. She handles her chips well. When she mucks her cards they go like 5 feet up in the air and land perfectly infront of the dealer.

Hero is snug.

Hand 1

Villian UTG limper, hero opens QQ in UTG+2 for $14, 3 more callers, villain calls in BB.

Flop (63) 269

Checked to hero who bets $50, everyone folds except villain in BB.

Turn: (163) 3

Villain checks ($270 behind), Hero bets $80 figuring he can easy fold with no outs is villain raises, V calls.

Hero is in seat 1, leans back in his chair so he can see V in seat 10 when river comes out, don't think v notices.

River: ($320) 4

Villian does not look happy (pretty sure this is genuine emotion) and checks, hero pauses briefly and ships for $190 more.

I think we can x behind and be good a semi reasonable amount of time. Don't think we fold out much better

River is a snap check.

Hero does not have enough information to merge his hand into a bluff with 4 clubs on board. I'm guessing that V gave a speech about how, "I know you have it, but I have to see.", and called with 10c9x.

Can we find a check on the turn here against some opponents? I almost always bet here unless I have a club in my hand and am expecting to get c/r if my villain has a flush. With a read when the turn comes sometimes I can check and fold the river. to a bet. Or against nitty old people.

Villian called the turn pretty quickly. I'm pretty sure she has at least two pair and I'm behind. She probably has a flush.

Of course we can find a check on the turn. The obvious draw just came in. It depends upon reads/V's tendencies. Against this V I prefer a bet/fold line. She seems pretty loose passive. Against more aggro villians, I would check the turn, to induce them to bluff the river.

In other words, the turn can go either way, but the river needs to be checked back.

Spoiler:
Villan tanked for awhile. I had a grin on my face and she folded

One guy paid me one red chip to see one card. Table of course now belives I had the Q. Villian seemed relieved, apparently had the J5 and had shown her neighbors, commenting on the almost straightflush
