Looking for thoughts on how to improve my win rate. I have 199 hours and $16.75 hourly. I only play 1/2

Biggest questions:

1) What were your biggest leaks coming from online to live poker?
2) How do you play multiway pots with strong hands? For example, I have Aces raise to $12 and have 6 callers. $200 effective. Are you just supposed to get stacked if someone has a set?
3) What is your overlimping range? I overlimp suited connectors suited aces, and small pocket pairs.
4) When to cbet in multiway pots if you miss? Do you lose money doing this?
5) Since the pots are bloated multiway, are you supposed to downsize your bet or is betting in terms of 60%, 80% pot etc. the correct way to bet?
6) Any other common leaks people see at 1/2 that beginners make?
