I have played 3x as much NL as LHE in the past 2 years.

I just don't visit LLSNL very often.

I can agree, usually if I got some find of decent draw I will occasionally donk but not always have to keep them guessing

What flop donk range do you have at 1/2 or 1/3?
Plenty of them...depends on perceived ranges for V's, whether PFR auto-cbets or not, stack sizes, etc. Leading big when flopping sets vs a PFR that is heavy on overpairs is my favorite.

What about in SB/BB in limped pots? I admittedly do it pretty frequently.

This is the *worst* time to check dark, imo. At least in raised pots you are often checking to the raiser anyways, but in multiway limped pots you should just mostly donk your monsters to build a pot; having these check around / let others decide the betsize / set yourself up for an undesirable check/raise is a disaster.

Why do you check blind frequently?

^^^^^^ this
Hate hoping to let someone else do the heavy lifting for you then everyone just checks.
You either lose value or the turn card just makes your hand harder to play or scares people out of the pot
