This is a question about which hands my fellow LLSNL players are cbetting and which you are check-calling and why.
This is more of a theory question but I will use a hand example to illustrate it.

If Hero is playing in MP and opening these hands:
22-AA, AT+, KT+, QJ, AXs, 78s+

Hero raises from MP, V1 (live decent reg) calls.

Q♣️7♥️6♥️

Here are a list of grey area hands that might be worth discussing:
88-JJ, A7s, 78s, 89s, AXhh, KThh+, QJhh, JThh, AK, 9Ts

So what factors in general help you decide a cbet vs a check/call for the closer hands? What hands are you check calling in this spot?

What is with you people and broad unanswerable questions?

This is so dependent on game flow, villain tendencies, our own tendencies, our image, villains image, how villain thinks we perceive him, etc.

If I just sat down at a table and this exact scenario happened, I'm betting this flop with every hand in your "grey" area.

I personally prefer to check/call a lot of the 88-JJ hands because I think I can better get value from 7X and from induced bluffs.

Baseline strategy here vs a good aggressive opponent should be to check at high frequency and check raise aggressively.
