Calling clock tell on 2/5

Quick question when playing 2/5 and somebody bets big on the river and you are contemplating for long time.
If the villain start complaining or calling clock on you, does that make it more likely he is bluffing or not?
If the decision is 50/50 to call or fold, and the villain calls clock, does that make you more likely to call or fold?

1) stop wasting everyone's time and make a decision
2) imo he's less likely bluffing. I feel like when people bluff they sorta want to be less noticeable and not antagonize their opponent into doing something rash like calling just to beat him. i'm pretty sure people call the clock to make you mad and make you want to beat them...the only way to do so is to call. so if it's truly 50/50 and the clock is called just snap fold and save everyone the minute at least.
