I need some help on calculating poker odds? I don't know how to do this one.

Flop is Ks, Kd, 7s

Hero holds Ad, Kh

There are two others I the hand, what's the odds/percentage that one of the others hold 77?

Also, what's the best software package out there to calculate these type of odds?

That's not how poker odds work. Their chance of holding 77 is not figured against all the other possible holdings. Instead its figured as a set of the hands those particular players could realistically have played to get to where the hand now is. This is called "range" and is not simply a matter of statistics.
