1/2NL. Hero has about $200, V covers. Hero is fairly new to the table. V is a middle aged guy with shades and a hat.

Folds to hero in the CO who opens to $10 with A2. V calls in the SB, heads up to the flop.

Flop($20) 345r. V checks, hero bets $10, V calls.

Turn($40) 3458r. V checks, hero bets $30, V calls.

River($100) 34587r. V checks, hero?

Considering people at 1/2 rarely, if ever, are ever gonna bluff raise you I don't mind a half pot bet or somewhere in that range. He probably folds 99-JJ if he has that range and all one pair hands but some people will be sticky here and call all two pairs and sets. Also very disguised as I am sure he is chalking this up to a 6 or nothing.

There are certainly a lot 6X hands in the SB calling range. Nevertheless, there are also mid-prs, two prs and even sets, though I think the latter likely raises at some point.

If he made a straight, most players aren’t checking river at this level, perhaps only if Hero is labeled aggressive. I’d go $45/fold.
