On a drawy board, I'd be much more inclined to stack off as V can have a lot more semi-bluffs in his range. But on a board this dry (where QJ/78 are really the only semibluffs), V's range is more heavily weighted toward value hands. If we know V is somewhat solid PF and not spewy, that weights his PF calling range from the SB to small and medium pocket pairs as well. We look extremely strong when we cold call the flop c/r, and yet V doesn't care and bombs the turn. That tells us that he really likes his hand.
