So let me get this straight... we have TPGK (maybe not best kicker), we have 9 flush outs (most to the stonies), 4 gutter outs, we think villain accidentally underbet the pot which... with villain 2's call... is laying us damned near 6:1 on a call in which we close the action and we... reopen the betting by raising. OK got it.
I like a flop raise if we have FE but given our reads, I don't think we feel we have it so I am cool with playing this as a passive drawing hand in this spot V2s call is laying us decent odds assuming we have a little in the way of implied odds... and who knows maybe keeping mr spazzalicious with the "new money" in the hand will pay some dividends when we hit.
OTT I just take the good direct odds. And yeah if we miss it's gross.
unimportant. our sentimental attachment to the chips that now belong to the pot only serve to interfere with our decision making.
As it turns out we are still getting correct drawing odds after V1's shove (better than the original odds before we raised) so we are snap calling.
I am trying to understand your turn raise though. Was it as a semibluff or for value?
If we were planning to raise call the turn as a semibluff I think we should have simply shoved.
