Bluff big $, cheap outside from the table..... Bluff big $, cheap outside from the table.....

I'm cheap as **** in everyday life but if i play poker im capable of losing money in games i shouldn't.
Example: Today i walk 2 hours to try to save 100 $ on some random things and dump 5 buy in at the poker table.
It seems that when i play i dont value money/chips the same way as when i buy stuff in life...

Does this happens to u too? Any fix?

P.S. 5 buy in = 1500 usd --> why would i walk 2 hours to save 100 ****ty bucks???

Pretty sure this is going to be locked or moved, but the reason you walk 2 hours to save $100 is because you don't want to dump only $1400 at the poker table.

It is all about how you value money. I value poker money as more than its face value, as in My $100 is going to be worth $150 longterm after a session,

Whereas buying a $100 pair of pants is going to be worth $20 long term + social value(which my personality has a time estimating)

or $100 in trip savings - your lost time = ?
