Limp calling from UTG suggests that your opponent likely does not have AA, QQ, or AQ. A6/66 is basically the only options for strong value hands that V could possibly have.
As the PFR, that then checked flop on A high board, raising V's turn donk lead screams strength. Usually 2+ plus and often a set on this board. Since your opponent is unlikely to have a strong hand (2pair+). I think letting him keep the betting lead is going to be more profitable.
Also, you definitely don't have a heart draw as you would almost 100% c-bet that flop, so raising here is only strong made hands.
He's often going to continue on the river and when he does then you can raise.
this was my thought process initially , I was going to just flat call for these reasons
I should be betting my heart draws OTF for sure so my raise does look very strong
I ultimately decided to raise to charge the flush draws and bloat the pot vs his value range, I was def. torn between calling and raising
