What are you expecting calls from that you beat?
Villain can't have one pair aces after the flop check/call. He has one of three hand types:
1) Some sort of weird bluff.
2) A blocking bet with like KT that he's going to fold if you jam
3) Some legit value hand like aces up or a set. He is sizing down because to him, it looks like we have very little.
In none of these cases does raising the river help.
