Maybe you need to rethink this idea. When you play against a maniac your EV AND variance have increased. Put another way, why would you have the same stop limit with passive players as you do against a maniac? If the game is good and the game is honest what is the reason for your 3 buy in stop loss limit? If the reason is that your play deteriorates then just play yours hands for max EV and go home. Don’t let the fact that your stop limit could be hit affect how you play a hand.
