Villain is a mabg. Makes hero folds. Loose passive pre. Have seen him bluff in small pots, not big ones. Occassional button clicking tendencies. 30 hr sample with this guy. Probably break even player.

Check, hero bets $50? Villain has only around $200 left. My thinking was that if he has me beat, he'll probably let me hear about it ott. I was thinking that this bet would probably be the last money I put in.

My concern with betting is that even just a half pot bet almost commits him, so he might shove worse. So the other option is checking and calling most/all bets otr.

Thoughts?

Don't see your hand listed but assuming you have an OP. You're dealing with a guy who doesn't bluff nor stack off light, so you'd like to choose a sizing that targets high freq Ck-calls over multiple streets.

Might help to know our hand.

Yea. Bet turn Ck most riv. Flop bet still too big for reasons above.

Meh, the board is pretty dry, but I don't hate a flop c-bet of 3/4 pot multi-way. I'd probably make it 2/3, myself.

AP, half-pot OTT, and checking most rivers sounds good.

Ok, ya that was my plan. Afterwards though I was thinking that whatever hand he has only has 2 or 3 outs max, or is already ahead. Plus, what if villain shoves? Are we confident that we know a fold is good?

Given reads (Makes hero folds. Have seen him bluff in small pots, not big ones.) I'm turbo folding if he shoves turn. Not betting is an option, if it makes him more likely to call river, but given the hero fold read, turn is prob better.

If we have AA instead of TT then should we be more likely to bet or check if we know we're folding to a raise?

Im thinking its more likely we'd fold the best hand so its better to check behind if we have QQ-AA

I'd be looking for 2 streets w 99-JJ, 3 with QQ+ assuming I sized it well enough to keep his pairs in on the turn.
