BB Special. Pair/Flush Draw OTF

Hi people. New to this forum, but been playing Casino Poker for 20+ years, including many years as a Prop in California. Now living in Las Vegas.
I have stack about $250. Villian covers. 1/2 NL at Red Rock Casino.
My image is generally tight because not getting a lot of hands to play. About half the pots are being raised preflop. I'm in BB with:

The Villian in this hand is UTG. He is raising less frequently than most of the table, and playing tighter. He just calls. Four other players call, but no raise pre this time. I check my option.
