I do prefer a c/c, but as played you are fine, you are semi-bluffing the turn. I think if you do semi-bluff on the turn should be larger, so that you can realize some fold equity.
Needs more information on villain. Depending on villain's play and range turn and river could both be bets or checks. Some idea of hero's image also makes a difference.
In general turn barrel more often then not is fine when you pick up equity. On river give up more then bluff.
River is a c/f. Absent some kind of history/read on V, this is a great runout for V's Jx holdings, which is most of his value range. He isn't likely to fold it.
Axcc is probably our worst river bluffing holding - we want V to have all the Ace-high flush draws in his range.
we want V to have all the Ace-high flush draws in his range.
Will he ever really have an A high flush draw here? He would have to float with back doors. If he has a pair and turns a flush draw he probably raises. It's hard to find many bluff hands here for the river but maybe it's a spot to just give up on a low stakes live table.
That kind of misses the point. If we're going to bluff the river, we want Villain to have as many combos as possible of hands that would get to the river this way but won't call a river bet. Sure, V won't always get to the river when he holds Axcc, but he will certainly do so more frequently than zero (which is the case when we block those hands). So when we're picking our hands to bluff with on this river, having Axcc is pretty much the worst thing we could hold.
