1/3, weekday, two scenarios
Hand 1:
Villain A (40yo male 20/16 regular shark, $400) raises first in to $15 in MP.
Villain B (75yo white male, $700, 40/10 fish) calls, next to act.
Hero ($400) has K-Qss on the button.
What do you do?
Hand 2:
Villain A ($385) above raises to $15 in HJ
Villain B ($685) above calls in the CO.
Hero ($415) has K-Qdd in the big blind.
What do you do?
Moreover, how does the optimal squeezing, and light-squeezing ranges typically change, given the above dynamic?
Opinions are welcome......

Hand 1: So let's give V1 a 16% PFR in MP. (55s+, ATo+, A4s+. T9s+. KJo+.) KQs is a dog vs this range and has similar equity to 66s and A9hh. The thing is we're IP and deep enough to have decent maneuverability post. Also V2 is extremely wide here so we're more incentivized to 3! here. How sticky are the blinds?
I make it at least $60 here. I'd go up to $80 here depending on how sticky V1, V2, and the blinds were.
Hand 2: Add $10 to above sizings. If you 3! in hand 1 and have been fairly active I probably just flat despite not being a fan of having a flatting range vs an open in the blinds.

Both are standard 3-bets. The fish cold-call makes me more inclined to 3-bet linear regardless of being IP or OOP if we expect calls from them, and KQs definitely fits in that range.
In hand 1, if the fish hadn't cold-called and fish remain left to act in the blinds/limps I would consider flatting this hand and 3-betting more polar.

Dead $ is attractive. I'd definitely 3b H2 … $80, and with some frequency H1. A MP open raise is obviously tighter than a HJ. How stationy the fish is certainly another factor.

Both are pretty clear 3 bets.
H1 I would 3 bet 99+, AK, AJs+, QJs/KJs, 88(50%), 54s, 65s, A5s, 87s(50%)
H2 - JJ+, AK, KQs, AQs, A5s(50%), 87s(50%), 76s(50%), QJs(50%), KJs(50%), KTs(50%), TT(50%)
