Any read on villain at all? By default I fold here if I have no feel for the situation. Villain is either bluffing or he has TX+ and is seeing if he can suck you in, without any read there is no way to guess what the ratio is here but an average villain isn't bluffing enough to make calling +EV.
Also, I would often check the turn here. TX hands have to make up a good part of villains range on turn, so slowing down and seeing what villain does on river is often better.

I have zero read on him, just that he is very old, also sticky but I wasn't aware of that at the time of this hand and don't know whether that would change things
I definitely considered checking and would do that a decent portion of the time
Trying to put him on a range of hands that he would limp call 30 from the SB was difficult

Crappy spot. I think I would check the turn and probably call if V bets. As played I think it's a fold, not happy about it tho

no this is not 10X. Based on his description, would he call a 10X hand with an Ace on the board? It's 55 all the way (if not quads). If I saw him personally maybe I could put a little bluff range in there, but its probably a long shot. Either way we're smoked (even AA, A10 or AK kills us)

Beluga whale therom here.
It's technically 2p, but I think the same idea applies. We are rarely good here.

An old man 75 years old is going to have to show me some game before I'm going to believe TPGK good to a c/r on the turn.

Until I know old guy knows how to "use" being an old guy, I'm folding. I do hate it, though.

You played it perfectly.
Never ever check this turn against this villain. Keep betting for value.
