3AM - Very near to the end of the session.
0.10/0.20 €

Villain in the BB, ~40 y/o male, sitting to my left hand side, competent but to loose, has difficulties adjusting to the table tonight. Respects my 3bets preflop a lot, giving me two buttons per orbit effectively. Tries to play the other two players (a tight player and a LAG). Able to fire 2 or 3 barrels as a pure bluff. Bets flushdraws most of the time if not always.
Had to rebuy twice, topped up once. 26.00 € or 130 BB. Lots of history with hero including all-in-situations.

Hero in the SB, ~40 y/o male, playing raise or fold from the button and CO, mostly against the LAG sitting to my right. Have been folding lots of hands in the blinds. Doing fine, up to 65.00/ 325 BB, bought in for 30.00.

SB, BB post blinds.
CO straddles (0.40)
Button straddles(0.80, pot is 1.50)

Hero in the SB looks down at AQo, raises to 3.00. A big bet but perfectly justified by the dead money.
Villain calls. CO and Button fold.

Villains range is something like 22-88, A8o+, A2s+, K9o+, K5s+, QJ, QT, JT, J9. Could still hold AK but would usually raise here. Saw him raising with J4 on a J high board in the past. We would definitely hear from bigger pocket pairs.

Pot is 7.50

Flop: A 10 A

(I don't hold a diamond)

How do we proceed? Check, c-bet or get it in right now?

Comments on preflop play are welcome, too.

Bet now, we need value from his worse As, flush draws, and pocket pairs that will peel one here. Bet 5 or so.
