The fact is, V's range OTT and OTR still includes all of the AX and 1Phh hands. When you look at V's range, betting 3 streets for value probably* makes sense (* reflecting the fact that V is unknown).

We can quibble over sizing... And perhaps the sizing as played makes H's line too thin, but w/e... I'm happy value owning myself in these spots as I know I get called down light enough to justify it.

Yup exactly. Like if he's folding to an extent that AxQd is not a profitable bet, given the likely width of his range, then we should just be relentlessly tripling off any and all straight draws and probably lower flush draws too. "They fold postflop way too much" is like the entire basis of Ed Miller's $2/$5 strategy.
