This was pretty much my exact thought. I didn't have enough of a read on this guy to make the fold. Against a player who I have dialed in, I could have made this fold on the flop, as I only have 2nd pair with no redraw. When I called flop and checked back turn, I felt that I had to call down on good rivers, and this was one. My only thought was after the hand if 2PTK pair is a good enough hand to call down 2 streets vs. an unknowns range who basically cold called a 3-bet preflop out of position. This board had enough draws on it that bricked out I felt I could get away with it.
