1/2 NL 300 Max

Hero ($380): 30s white guy. No shades, hoodie or hat. Have been sitting at the table for about an hour and have run well. I've gotten AA twice, QQ once and KK once and have three bet them all preflop. Last hand I squeezed KQo from the sb after a mp raise and a CO call. In general, i've been doing quite a bit of 3! preflop.

V1 ($225): MAWG. Loose/Passive. I've seen him stack off with 2 pair on a 3 straight/four flush board. Not positionally aware. I've seen him raise it up UTG with QTo and similar hands. Fit or Fold post.

V2 ($450): TAGish fit or fold 20 something. Is one of the better players at the table just by virtue of hand selection and being able to lay down a strong hand when he knows he's beaten. Is positionally aware.

OTTH:

UTG folds, V1 raises to $15, folds to V2 in HJ who calls, folds to hero on BU who calls with AQ, blinds fold.

Pot: $48
Flop: A3Q
V1 bets $35, V2 folds, Hero calls

Pot: $112
Turn: 8
V1 bets $50, Hero shoves

So, I think plays on all streets are at least defensible but am curious to hear thoughts.

Pre: I had been three betting pretty often and the table was beginning to take notice. Based on the fact that a) I squeezed last hand and b) villain is not positionally aware so his range is wider than premiums, I elect to see a flop in position with a hand that I think does fairly well against his range. Does anyone think a 3! to around $50 is better?

Flop: V pretty much bombs the flop. As the hand was taking place, my thoughts were that if V2 flatted the $35 I would raise to $120ish and shove most turns. Since I believe V2 would 3! AA or QQ pre, I can remove those hands from his range. He probably reraises AK half the time as well.

If V2 folded I could slow it down a bit and raise/shove most turn cards or fire a half pot bet if checked to since V clearly has a hand at that point.

Turn: I think plays itself at this point but am curious to hear other's thoughts.

I'm never calling pre. always a 3bet.

He open raises wide enough by far to justify the 3bet. The HJ is just dead money.

I'm not sure why you want to shove the turn? Villain raised pre. You flopped top two.

The 8 on the turn does not change anything for Villain's hand or your hand. I would let Villain bet his $50 and call, hoping to get another bet out of Villain on the river as his confidence builds.

On the turn Villain has wiggle room to fold out saving his remaining chips. On the river, Villain would be in a check/fold or shove position. I'm greedy and want all Villain's remaining chips, so I'm willing to wait for the river.

As you write, your play is defensible, though waiting for the river to me is a better option. I have been known to spew however.

You have a real hand and a bad image. 3 bet that preflop yo.

I think raising flop is also best. Weak player likes his hand. Only 4 combos of sets realistic and tons of other hands you're happy to stick money in against.
