Ruffy, I like your idea to bet 100 to put original raiser all-in. Even good players sometimes overlook their opponents' stack sizes; I doubt this bet will sound alarm bells for anyone except Villain himself.
And we are NOT forced to play fit-or-fold. If Villain folds and some Rando calls light, we just got half of someone's stack in the pot with a hand that is way better than their range. That is great!
Now, if we hit the flop, we should value-bet if Rando calls too much and check-call if Rando bluffs too much. If we miss the flop, we should c-bet if Rando folds too much; we should check-call if Rando bluffs too much, or check-fold if Rando doesn't bluff enough.
