any casinos have any NL games less than 1/2?

Yes. 1/1 is common in England. Not familiar with any smaller than 1/2 games in USA#1 since Bill's Gambling Hall in Vegas closed down. That said, this question is better suited for the Casino and Cardroom Poker forum. This is a strategy forum.
