Well, I am pretty old school and a little out of step with modern NL practice, I think your question answers itself. What do yo do when you are 75% certain that you have the best hand, but your hand is vulnerable to draw outs, and also "fake outs" while out of posistion? I make up my mind and go with it, so I would raise smallish, then barrel any non ace turn for a reasonable amount, and go from there. I think this line gets value from worse on the flop and defines/protects our hand on the turn, while still keeping us out of a commitment situation.
