Annoying river card but bad fold? Annoying river card but bad fold?

Info on V:
Massive whale. Sat down with £40 and after a few hours ran it up to £450. I had just taken about £250 off of him in 2 hands and he was kinda steamy. When he has a value hand he doesn't really think about his bet he just sort of picks up a random amount (obviously aware of the denominations but doesn't think about sizing) and throws his chips out looking all proud of himself. I had some sort of physical read where he would bet and be still immediately after he bet for a period of time when he was bluffing, and when value betting when would be really agitated always shuffling about in his chair sometimes taking a drink. I used this read to call him otr with 67 on 358dd 7x Tx after bet call x,x bet call and he showed 95dd he has also shown he will call w/bottom pair in multiway pots after an overcall.

OTTH:
We all declared last hand as it was 4 handed at about 6am.

£1/£1 Hero £700~ , V £230~
Hero dealt QhQc on btn. V straddles utg to 2. Hero raises to 10, folds round and V calls. Flop Td4c7h V checks, hero bets £14 in to £22, V calls. Turn 4d, V checks, hero bets £38 in to £50, V calls.

At this point I think his turn continuing range is all Tx 7x 4x boats Axdd maybe 89 if he's still kinda steamy and some pp maybe 66-jj.

River comes Th so the final board runs out as Td4c7h 4d Th, V donks out for £65 just doing the pick up chips and throw them kind of thing looking kind of proud of himself, then his eyes and body goes complete still for about 3-5 seconds then his eyes just dart everywhere and starts moving about in his chair, basically all tells in one.

He's never checking Tx on that river and he's going to probably do this with this sizing with 4x as well, because "bet to see where I'm at".

I'm guessing theory wise it's a call given the price and the fact he can do the same thing with 7x 88, 99, JJ but it confused me that he would donk this river and be confident he was burning money... Thoughts?

because he bet 95dd for bottom pair, no kicker, busted inside straight draw and flush draws, i think this has got to be a call. what was his sizing like in that hand?

he's betting £65 into ~£126, we're getting great pot odds, we don't think he's very good, we've seen him bet air after busting draws before... call. if he's truly tilted you could even consider a minraise to get more value out of the second pair portion of his range, but it seems too thin to me
