As played, you can't fold getting 3:1 when you hit your flush. You'll get beat the majority of the time, but I believe it is +EV in this situation.

What are your reasons for not openning 10j suited ep when majority of table is 200bbs+ deep?

Easy call, raising achieves nothing and we has flush.

My thoughts:
Seeing a funky river bet in front of us is an excellent thing.

If it were checked to us on the river, would be bet our Flush? Certainly.
If we bet, would we be happy if we were raised? No.
So this tells us that, ideally, we want to put in exactly one bet on this river.

If it were checked to us, and we bet, there would be two opponents behind us who could make the dreaded raise.
In the actual hand, we only have one player behind us that can make that raise.

If it were checked to us, ad we have the best hand, there is no assurance we would get any money from lesser hands.
In the actual hand, we already have money put in.

In all cases, having the sb lead out is good for us.

Many people get thrown off when an unexpected bet gets put in front of us.
I consider it a very good thing that often greatly simplifies the situation.
