Let me prelude this by saying I don't want to turn this thread into a BBV so I won't post any numbers to try to prevent that from happening. The goal is to get some constructive feedback about what players do when they see an alarming drop in winrate.

I had 1000+ hours at 1/2 with a solid win rate. Lately my winrate ~1/3 of my prior winrate. So here are the questions.

How many hours of a reduced winrate do you play before you stop chalking it up to variance/coolers and look at your game closer? (Yes, we all know you should always but working on your game but there are times when a deeper look is needed.)

What do you look at first in your game when this happens?

Do you change your style of play for a while? More ABC etc.

Thanks for the time and any additional comments on the situation are welcome.

I think it's generally just a sample size issue.

if u can keep playing ur same game thats the best thing you can do i think..

sometimes if ive been running bad ill find myself taking a more passive line then hating myself for it.

in short, stay aggressive haha

Personally, you should always be looking for leaks. A drop in winnings is a good kick in the ass to get started.

Just one simple check. What's the last three things you've learned in the last two months that you incorporated in your game? If the answer is, "Nothing," that's why you're win rate is down. After 1000 hours, even the weakest regular is getting a good idea of how you play.
